When the power goes out, it’s more than an inconvenience. The house gets cold, food in the fridge is at risk, and everyday essentials stop working.

Plan ahead with a Generac home standby generator that automatically provides backup power during an outage. Strick Electric can help you explore options based on your home, budget, and what you want to keep running.

⚡ Don’t wait until you’re sitting in the dark. Message Strick Electric today to request a generator quote.

A pool or spa adds more moving parts to a build—and electrical work needs to be coordinated before the project reaches the finish line.

Strick Electric works with contractors on the electrical side of pools, spas, pumps, heaters, lighting, and controls. Whether you’re building a new home, cabin, or outdoor living space, we’d like to connect early, understand the schedule, and help keep the project moving.

Pool builders and general contractors: have a project coming up? Send us a message and let’s talk.

There’s something extra special about hearing from a customer who has trusted us in their home for years.

Builders and general contractors: when an electrical sub misses a date or goes quiet, the next trade feels it too.

At Strick Electric, we know you need more than someone who can wire a house. You need a crew that communicates, coordinates with your schedule, does careful work, and follows through from rough-in to final.

If you’re building new homes or cabins and looking for a dependable electrical partner, let’s talk about your upcoming projects. Send us a message to connect.

⚡ Meet the Owner: Shannon Strickland

For Shannon, Blount County isn’t just where he does business—it’s home.

Born and raised right here in Blount County, Shannon is proud to own and operate Strick Electric and serve the same community where he and his wife, Missy, have built their life and raised their family.

When you support a locally owned business, you’re supporting your neighbors, local families, and people who genuinely care about the community they serve.

Shannon is grateful for every customer who has trusted Strick Electric with their home or business, and he looks forward to continuing to serve Blount County and the surrounding East Tennessee communities for years to come. ⚡🏡

⚡️ Proud to support our local schools. ⚽️💙

At Strick Electric, Blount County isn’t just where we work — it’s home. That’s why we’re proud to support the William Blount High School soccer program and the student-athletes who represent our community.

Local businesses have a unique opportunity to invest right back into the communities that support them. Whether it’s our schools, sports teams, nonprofits, or community events, we believe showing up matters.

And we hope you’ll remember this: the businesses supporting our local schools are the businesses our community should be supporting, too.

Thank you to the coaches, families, volunteers, and everyone else who gives their time to these athletes.

Go Govs! 💙⚽️

Thanks to Southeast Termite & Pest Control for trusting Strick Electric to install the LED lighting for this crawlspace encapsulation project. We appreciate the shoutout and always enjoy working alongside other great local businesses.
