One of our favorite features from this Bearden home renovation is this custom wine bar—a space designed to bring together beauty, functionality, and hospitality.

This addition included custom cabinetry, decorative shelving, integrated lighting, and new beverage refrigerators, creating a dedicated area for storing, displaying, and enjoying favorite wines and refreshments. The layered lighting highlights the finishes and adds warmth and ambiance, while the custom storage keeps everything organized and within reach.

Check out this incredible kitchen transformation in Bearden! What was once a closed-off and outdated kitchen is now a bright, expanded gathering space designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

This full remodel included a major kitchen addition to increase the footprint and completely reimagine the flow of the home. The project featured a full demolition of the original kitchen, custom full-overlay cabinetry handcrafted by Amish artisans, quartz countertops and matching quartz backsplash and shelving, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures, and beautiful new hardwood flooring carried throughout the surrounding living spaces.

Thoughtful functional details were built into every corner of the design, including discreet pop-up outlets in the island, increased storage throughout, and a pull-out mixer shelf that keeps appliances accessible without sacrificing counter space. The seamless cabinetry design creates a clean, tailored look while maximizing usability for daily life.

Laundry rooms don’t usually get the spotlight, but they should!

At Kairos, we know the most “ordinary” spaces in your home are often the ones you live in the most. A well-designed laundry room isn’t just about looks, it’s about how your home works for you every single day.

This transformation is a great example. What was once a purely functional, overlooked space is now clean, organized, and intentionally designed to make daily routines smoother.

To get there, we took the space all the way down to the subfloor, removing the existing tile system and rebuilding it the right way from the ground up. We installed new flooring that runs seamlessly with the surrounding spaces, added updated electrical for proper lighting and ventilation, built new cabinets, and brought in new trim, paint, and finishes to tie everything together into a cohesive, finished room.
