⚡️Another busy week at AMF Electric! ⚡️

We’re incredibly grateful for all of our customers and the trust you place in us. We recently had the opportunity to wire this beautiful new barn, and projects like this are a big part of why we love what we do. We do many projects, large and small. We also just finished up a partial home rewire in Bellefontaine, helping improve the safety and reliability of the home’s electrical system.

⚡️ Reliable Backup Power Without the Generator Hassle! ⚡️

We recently installed a Jackery home backup system for a homeowner looking for a more affordable and low-maintenance alternative to a traditional generator. No fuel, No noise, and a great way to stay powered during outages.

This setup was paired with a manual transfer switch, allowing safe and easy control of essential circuits. For those wanting a more hands-off approach, automatic transfer switch options are available as well.

A few weeks later, this same customer had us back to install a brand new electrical panel, upgrading their system and making sure everything is ready for future needs.

The high winds today brought down a tree that ripped the overhead electrical service right off a home at Harvest Moon Acres, LLC. 🌳⚡

We were able to respond quickly, install a brand new overhead service so they are ready for the power company to hook them back up.

Storm damage can happen when you least expect it. If your electrical service, meter base, or mast is damaged from high winds or falling trees, give us a call — we’re always ready to help get things back up and running safely.

Happy to help make sure they were ready for the power company once they got there‼️

UPDATE: We're still waiting for the power company to come out and disconnect the power to the LIVE wires that are laying in the yard. However, Austin from
AMF Electric is here now, and he is at least replacing the electrical box on the house. Once that is done we just have to wait on the power company to do their thing.
Austin is DA BOMB!
The most important thing though is that the generator is running, and the cows and horses have water!
The animals come first. Always.

Current situation 😬
65 mph gusts just took this tree down at the end of our driveway and pulled the power lines from the house. ⚡️
Thankful that it didn't fall on the house or on a barn!
Be safe everyone. This wind is frightening!⚠️

We recently completed a hot tub power installation at a beautiful barndominium in Urbana — and while we were there, we also added a dedicated outlet and cord setup for their pool heater.

We’re proud to have been chosen to complete electrical work for one of our neighboring towns! ⚡️

This project included installing two new flood lights at their main building to better light the area used for their city trucks—improving visibility, safety, and functionality for the crews who keep the town running every day.
