Here's a little walkthrough of my latest project. I am licensed bonded and insured you can contact me directly at 415-410-7427 . This was a complete gut and restore. Had to get down to the bones on this one and replace all the joists and sub floors. Needless to say it was a pretty big project if you're looking for some work done just give the number a call and ask for Edmund.

Here are some before and after photos of my latest project. This was a bathroom that had to shower leaking for several years. I came through and gutted the bathroom. We replaced all the fixtures. Gave it some new paint. I had to replace all the joists and the subfloor throughout the bathroom. I removed all the mold and gave them some new LVP flooring. We wrapped the bathroom with new baseboards and replace their toilet. They got a new shower with the fixtures at the wanted. A cracked shower pan regardless if it's tile or fiberglass can lead to significant damage if not addressed. Mold, mildew and structural damage. As seen here.
