It takes a lot of hours of work getting an older home with different size studs prepared for for drywall but here we are.

To prep the old stud walls we use a long straight edge to check the walls and run a planner over the studs and then to get them just right for drywall we use many shims in areas needed. No stud goes untouched.

Then the different trades can set electrical boxes, plumbing, air vents etc to the proper depths for drywall. The more time and thought you take on the rough in the easier the finish!

We removed a tub and shower due to mold issues and replaced it with a new tile shower, leaving room for future project options. We also repaired the flooring, removed the wallpaper, painted, and replaced plumbing fixtures.

A complete home remodel done over the summer. In this home built in 1898 (Frederick, MD).

We moved the laundry room that was in the kitchen to another area in the home making room for a new larger kitchen, built a walk in closet in a bedroom, reframed multiple areas in the home, replaced most of the existing electrical and upgraded the panel, replaced the plumbing system. We helped upgrade the whole home but also kept it looking like the time period it was built in.

Electrical work was done by: Stambaugh Electric LLC
Plumbing work was done by: Gladhill Plumbing and Heating Inc.

This project was done for a close family friend and we were thankful to be asked to do this project for them.

Finished Sunroom! This is a new reframed sunroom updated with energy efficient Simonton windows, insulated to new energy codes, installed beautiful upgraded Certainteed cedar impressions siding, new gutters, facia, and roof. The owners did not miss a detail.

Inside of the sunroom the customers chose a great color combination:

Benjamin Moore Cucumber 428 for walls
Benjamin Moore Powder Sand for the white wash brick wall
Benjamin Moore: Swiss Coffee, for trim
