We had the pleasure of trying Trailer Perk Coffee yesterday and all I can say is worth the wait. We meant to get pictures of the drinks before we drank it all but they were too delicious to hold off. If you get the chance go check out their new location. Great people and great coffee.

A little photo dump of a bathroom we completed recently for a wonderful couple in Marshfield.

Unfortunately we were following a not-so-handyman, that gave us some fun surprises and challenges. They had covered up years of water damage, rot, and still didn't come close to fixing the issue. We tore the majority of their "handy" work out to fix the real issues.

We ran all new floor joist from the stem wall to the beam and installed new subfloor with a fluid waterproofing applied to prevent future issues.

I also was able to try my hand at my first set of floating shelves as well as a medicine cabinet build.

Had a lot of fun building this deck. The owner let us have some fun and flex our skills a little, which is always appreciated. This job involved a lot of rot repair, which is not a fun project for the owner. So we were happy to be able to deliver on this.

All of the miters are glued and pocket screwed as well as 3 screws from the top on either side to help mitigate any movement later on.

We used flashing tape on the top of the joist to help ensure that if the decking ever needs to be replaced that the framing will be good as new.
