This home got a wonderful outdoor upgrade from the front to the back! 🏡

Grant battled the rain 🌧️ but finally got a couple dry days to finish this one up! ☀️

Both railings were replaced with a piano style composite railing and the back deck was replaced with new composite UltraDecking. These upgrades are giving these spaces a fresh, durable, low maintenance look that will last for years to come. 🙌

Check out the… BEFORE ➡️ AFTER! ✨

Grant spent the last couple of weeks working on another great transformation ✨

He built a brand new front deck landing outside this homeowner’s front door that was finished with beautiful gray composite decking for a clean, modern look that’s built to last. To take it a step further, he added a modern slatted partition along the side that extended overhead, creating a stylish feature while providing some much needed shade and privacy.

A simple front entrance turned into a beautiful, functional space that completely changes the look and feel of the home.

Another homeowner’s vision come to life and we love how this one turned out! 🏡✨

Another update on our fixer upper! 🚪

The new front and back doors are officially in, and WOW — what a difference they make! 😍

We still have a long way to go, but each project is bringing this old house one step closer to what we’ve envisioned. 🖤

Don’t worry… the current color won’t be staying! A fresh new paint color is coming soon on the doors and perimeter of the home. We can’t wait to see the whole exterior start coming together once siding goes up after that!

The journey continues! 🔨🏡

Wishing you all a great Labor Day! 🏡❤️

Brand New Sidewalk Complete ✨

This home got a fresh new look last week by replacing their old walkway with a brand new concrete sidewalk that winds so perfectly around the house from the front door to the driveway. We’re loving how it turned out! 🙌

A big THANK YOU to Premier Concrete & Landscaping for teaming up with us and lending a hand on this project! You guys did an amazing job, were professional from start to finish, and made communication easy throughout the entire process. We appreciate the collaboration! 🤝

Most importantly, we’re proud to leave another homeowner happy with a finished product they can enjoy for years to come! ❤️
