Another complex commercial project completed by our team! 🧼🏢

We’re proud to provide professional window cleaning services to one of the largest and most advanced public library buildings in Louisiana.

A project of this scale requires multiple access methods and the right equipment for every section of the building. Our team utilized:

💧 Water-Fed Pole Systems
🪣 Traditional Mop & Squeegee with Traditional Poles

One of the unique challenges on this project was the roof access. This roof does not have a traditional anchor system, so we utilized our rolling roof rig to safely access walls where rain guards cover the exterior glass.

That meant cleaning both the rain guards themselves and the glass windows behind them — areas that require specialized access, equipment, and experience to clean properly.

From high-access rope work to ground-based water-fed pole cleaning and detailed traditional mop and squeegee work, our team was able to combine multiple techniques to deliver a thorough clean throughout the property.

We’re proud to bring the equipment, training, and experience necessary to service some of Louisiana’s most prominent and complex commercial buildings.

Restoration before vs after (hard water removal)

Not all window cleaning is the same.

Standard Window Cleaning is designed to remove everyday dirt, dust, pollen, fingerprints, and grime. We use professional mop and squeegee techniques or a purified water-fed pole system to leave your glass streak-free and crystal clear.

Window Restoration is a completely different service. When glass has hard water stains, mineral deposits, leaching, paint overspray, construction debris, or sticker residue, a standard cleaning won't remove it. Restoration uses specialized techniques and products to safely remove these contaminants and bring the glass back to life.
