We got a busy week coming up starting Monday! We are teaming up with Level up construction pros llc to do a basement. Hes going to show us the ins and outs of framing and drywall so we can broaden our turn around on jobs where we may have to open up your walls or fram in for a new bath etc.. looking forward to this partnership, especially since I haven't done drywall or framing in about 15 years đŸ˜‚

Finished up the sewer line today under the home. Replaced the cast iron that was left by the previous plumber and replaced it with sch 40 pvc. Dumped some hydrated lime to get rid of the moisture under there and used the shop vac to clean up what little bit of water was in the lines that spilled out. This was a nice crawl space, better than what I've been use to. Still a small entry way, but overall it was nice and turned out great!

This is why you call us. Previous plumber replaced the sewer lateral, installed SDR35 into 6 inch clay with a rubber transition allowing roots to become impacted inside it. The clay went into the house and transitioned to 4 inch cast iron. Photos to be uploaded soon of the new system being done today, they won't have any more problems after this.

Anybody with a mini excavator want to dig tomorrow morning? It's 29 feet long, about 2 to 2 1/2 feet down. I'd rather pay someone for a few hours of work instead of renting one for $350. Shoot me a message if your interested and your price.
