The decision to lay this checkerboard floor tile on a diagonal was not made lightly.

While the layout and lasering critically took a LOT more time and a little more tile waste, we think the finished result looks MEGA, and helps level up the style meter on this Lancaster LEGEND of a home.

Sometimes a small change is all that's needed to give a space some warmth and personality.

This Orchard Park kitchen was really OK before, but kinda sterile and unstyled. Even with meticulous care and cleaning, as some of the shine (and paint) wore off on the cabinets, this homeowner knew they needed a little help in making this beauty shine again.

This kitchen went from MEH to ME-EEOW!

Some dated granite, huge chunky old undercabinet lighting, and blah backsplash got BANISHED!

Crisp new quartz countertops, porcelain tile walls, and LED lighting less the clunky trim details have this Clarence classic home looking more and more like the CASTLE it's King and Queen deserve.
