One of the most important parts of a remodel happens before construction ever begins.

We recently spent time on-site with our electrical trade partners walking through the plans, looking at existing conditions, and working through the best approach for the electrical scope.

Why do this before construction?

Because getting the right trades involved early helps us identify potential challenges, develop a better plan, and build accurate pricing before work begins.
Our goal is to answer as many questions as possible on the front end so we can provide our clients with a clear scope and a fixed-price construction proposal, rather than figuring everything out as we go.

A new roof was only part of the work on this project.
Before installing the new roofing, we worked through the exterior of the home repairing rotten fascia and soffit that needed attention. From there, we painted the wood surfaces, installed the new shingle roof, replaced the counter flashing where needed, and finished the project with new gutters.

A lot of exterior projects are connected. There isn't much value in putting a new roof on a home while ignoring deteriorated wood, flashing, or other issues around it.
Our goal was to take care of the problems that were there and leave the homeowners with an exterior that looks good and is ready to protect the home for years to come.
We're proud of how this one turned out.

This project was about more than just a remodel… helping this family get their home ready before bringing their baby home.

After water damage impacted the entire first floor, we worked closely with these homeowners to address the root cause, coordinate remediation, and restore the space with thoughtful updates throughout.
