Rogan’s Pro Appliance & Pool Services is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, dependable appliance repair technician to join our team!

If you have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing residential appliances, take pride in your work, and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!

🔧 Position Details

-Position: Full-Time Appliance Repair Technician

-Experience: Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience

-Service Area: Bay County and surrounding areas

-Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

-Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities

✅ Required Qualifications

-At least 1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing residential appliances

-Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of household appliances

-Valid driver’s license and good driving record

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to use dispatch software on a smartphone to manage service calls

-Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

-Professional attitude and commitment to quality customer service

🧰 Preferred Qualifications

-Experience performing sealed-system repairs

-EPA certification for refrigerant handling

We received our 70th 5-Star review today! As we continue our pursuit toward 100+ 5-Star reviews, we would like to share a bit about our small family business. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We are a true Mom & Pop business. So far it’s my wife at the office scheduling calls and providing customer service and I go out to fix and install the appliances. Together we make a great team! 😃

We value quality service. Whether it’s the customer service you receive while booking a service call or when I arrive at your door. Our customers have come to expect professional, honest and reliable service. ✔️

We have a live person answering always! No fighting with a machine or having to dial a bunch of numbers to get to a real person. When you have a problem, we are happy to help. 📞

We are your neighbors. We live right here in the Florida Panhandle. We care about this community and are glad to provide a helpful service to people around us. 🌴
