A simple upgrade that makes a big difference 👌

We added horizontal PVC skirting to this existing deck for a clean, finished look.

Prior to installing the PVC, we framed up a nailer wall underneath and painted the framing black, keeping any exposed wood from showing through the horizontal gaps.

Lattice isn’t your only option! Horizontal PVC skirting is one of many great alternatives for giving your deck a more custom, finished appearance.

What a transformation! 🔨

This kitchen received a complete renovation with an entirely new layout, completely changing the flow and functionality of the space. New cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, appliances, and a large peninsula for additional seating and prep space.

Hard to believe it’s the same kitchen! 👏

And we’re not done yet, this kitchen is just phase one of a complete first-floor remodel. More to come! 👀

This project was a complete knockdown and rebuild, and the finished product speaks for itself.🔥

✔️ Fiberon “Cottage” composite decking
✔️ Matching PVC fascia
✔️ White vinyl railings with black aluminum balusters
✔️ White vinyl lattice skirting
✔️ Brand new staircase and fresh, clean finishes throughout

A big thank you to mp_property_solutions_llc for putting the finishing touch on this project by refreshing the mulch beds. That cleanup really tied everything together and gave the entire property a brand-new look. 👏

This project featured a full deck resurface using Deckorators “Costa” decking, matching drink ledge integrated into the railings, and finished off with Deckorators “Wicker” privacy panels to create a functional, modern outdoor living space.

The privacy panels add just the right amount of seclusion while making a bold statement.
