At Faith Built Contracting, we completed a full roof restoration:

• Thoroughly pressure washed and removed years of built-up mold, mildew, oxidation, and grime
• Applied a fresh aluminum roof coating to restore and protect the surface
• Cleaned, prepped, and spray-coated the vent stacks to help stop future rust and staining

The pictures speak for themselves we took our time and pressure washed the entire roof, sealed all vents and any problem areas, patched a couple areas, and now are putting a high quality aluminum paint for durability and longevity on this oxidized roof! One of the things that sets Faith Built Contracting apart is that we don’t just talk about ideas—we help you see them before the first tile is ever installed.

For this master shower remodel, we started with an outdated builder-grade shower and created a custom vision board so our client could confidently picture the finished space before demolition even began.

Now, just 5 days into the project, that vision is becoming reality.

✔️ Full-height subway tile to the ceiling
✔️ Recessed shampoo niche with accent tile

Another Project Completed by Faith Built Contracting

At Faith Built Contracting, we believe that every project should be built on a foundation of integrity, honesty, craftsmanship, and a commitment to our customers’ vision. Our goal is never just to complete a job—it’s to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations and meets the unique needs of every homeowner.

This recent deck restoration and renovation presented several significant structural challenges. Upon inspection, we discovered that one side of the deck had originally been framed approximately one inch higher than the other, creating a substantial leveling issue that required careful correction. To ensure a safe, durable, and professional result, we reframed the deck to eliminate the elevation difference and installed new 2x10 framing members throughout the entire structure.

We also replaced and reinforced the support system with new 6x6 posts extending 12 feet to the ground, providing the strength and stability the deck deserved. During the process, we found that portions of the existing framing were resting on 1x4 lumber placed over steel supports. To properly address this issue, we carefully jacked up the front section of the deck, removed the inadequate supports, and installed steel bearing plates to create a secure and lasting structural connection.

For the finished product, we installed premium composite decking for long-term durability and low maintenance. Custom rounded-edge border boards were added to provide a clean, refined appearance and attention to detail. To complete the project, we installed custom powder-coated white aluminum railings, giving the deck a modern, elegant look while enhancing safety and functionality.
