Project Spotlight | St. Joseph the Worker Church Renovation in Nashua, NH

We're proud to showcase the custom architectural millwork and finish carpentry J-TEK Construction contributed to the major renovation of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Nashua, New Hampshire.

As a commercial construction contractor, our team brings precision craftsmanship and attention to detail to projects that require specialized architectural features and finishes.

For this church renovation, our work included:

- Custom window hood and two organ facades
- Structural mounting and precision installation
- Intricate decorative grilles for the organ facades, with speaker cloth installed behind them
- Detailed finish work on the baptismal font

From custom woodwork to intricate architectural details, every element required careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and precise ex*****on.

Another commercial project completed in downtown Manchester.

The J-TEK Construction team recently completed exterior improvements for Buba Noodle Bar, working with the existing brick facade and architectural details to refresh the exterior of the restaurant.

Commercial Deck Restoration in Manchester, NH

Not every deck project starts with a clean slate.

For this project at the Palace Theatre, our team was brought in to address an aging exterior deck and porch structure that needed much more than new decking.

Once the existing materials were removed, we were able to access the structure underneath, replace deteriorated framing and supports, reinforce the deck, and rebuild the areas that needed attention.

We then installed new composite decking, stairs, railings, and lattice while working around the existing architectural details of the building.

Projects like this require more than making the finished product look good. They require understanding what’s happening underneath, addressing structural issues properly, and finding solutions that work with the existing building.

Commercial construction looks a little different when you're working inside a hospital.

For this project, J-TEK Construction completed renovations within an existing hospital facility, which meant the work itself was only one part of the job.

Before construction could begin, the surrounding areas had to be carefully protected and contained. Floors, walls, doorways, and work areas were sealed off to help keep dust and construction debris isolated while demolition and work took place above the ceiling.

The before-and-during photos may not be glamorous, but they're an important part of commercial construction.

Careful preparation. Protecting the existing facility. Maintaining a controlled work area. And completing the renovation with as little disruption as possible to the space around us.

Then comes the part everyone gets to see.

A clean, finished corridor that looks nothing like the construction zone that came before it.
