A beautiful finished product—but the story behind it is even better. 👏

We’re proud to look back at the progress of the **Round Hill Fire Station** and the hard work that went into bringing this project to completion.

Long before the finished spaces you see today, our team was in the field installing the **underground plumbing while working through below-freezing temperatures**. These progress photos are a great reminder of the dedication, perseverance, and hard work that happens behind the scenes to deliver a successful project.

We’re incredibly proud of our PMC team for pushing through challenging conditions, maintaining quality workmanship, and helping bring this project across the finish line.

Our team spent the day investing in what matters most—our people.

We attended the ASAMW Educational Seminar, **Effective Feedback: A Leadership Tool for Safer, More Profitable Projects**, hosted at HITT's Co-Lab, and it was phenomenal. We walked away with valuable insights on communicating more effectively, building stronger teams, and creating safer, more successful projects.

We wrapped up the day at the ABCMW Ruppert Summer Bash with fresh oysters, cold drinks, and plenty of water spritzers. It was a hot one, but at least we were all sweating together!

Thank you to ASAMW, HITT, Ruppert, and ABCMW for a great day of learning, networking, and supporting our industry.

Five years ago, Press Mechanical was built on a simple belief: do the job the right way, treat people with respect, and never sacrifice quality for convenience.

What started with a vision has grown into something much bigger than any of us imagined.

Over the last five years, we’ve had the privilege of helping build the places where life happens—restaurants where families gather, police & fire stations that serve and protect our communities, luxury retail spaces, schools that shape the next generation, and countless commercial buildings throughout the DMV.

We’ve weathered challenges, celebrated milestones, welcomed new faces, and watched our team grow into a family of dedicated professionals who show up every day ready to do things the right way.

This anniversary isn’t just about five years.

It’s about every employee who has worn our logo with pride. Every customer who trusted us with their vision. Every general contractor, supplier, trade partner, and vendor who believed in us. Every early morning, late night, and job well done that brought us to this moment.

We’re proud of what we’ve built—but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.

**Meet our newest Assistant Field Supervisor… Little Annie! 🐾**

Yesterday, our Plumbing Supervisor, Tyler, had some extra help in the field from his very special assistant—Little Annie! 🐶

While she may not be able to thread pipe or troubleshoot plumbing systems, Annie certainly excelled at boosting morale, supervising the crew, and making everyone smile throughout the day.

At Press Mechanical, we know that sometimes the best teammates come in small packages with four paws. Thanks for keeping Tyler company and reminding us to enjoy the little moments, Annie!

Who knows… we may have found our Employee of the Month! ❤️🐾

Last week, Martin Press represented Press Mechanical Contractors at the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) National Fly-In in Washington, D.C.

Contractors from across the country came together to advocate for subcontractor rights and discuss key issues impacting the construction industry with members of Congress, including Congressman Donald Norcross, Congressman Pete Stauber of Minnesota, and other congressional leaders.

The week also provided opportunities to connect with industry partners, including the team from Scaffold Resource, and strengthen relationships through networking events at Filomena, The Dubliner, and The Monocle.
