Went a little MIA but for good causes. Been super busy in the shop with a few custom orders for new and returning customers but also creating some favorite pieces for others. I am always obsessed with meaningful builds, like the American Flags. These have been such a hit since I created the first one that I have been working on how to make them better than the first. Using the circuit for the stars has been a huge help in making sure all is precise. These have been already given to the new owners and being displayed properly and happily!

Sycamore Girls Softball 2026

Today was opening day for the girls that I not only sponsor for the SGS 2026 Spring season, but also have the pleasure of coaching. Tuesday and Thursday nights since early April have been busy with helping these girls learn how to play, as well as grow their skills, and all that work lead up to our first game today.

Thanks for all of the hard work so far this season from the coaches, parents, and especially the 11 girls we have on our team that make up the Blue Crossbows!

I was given a direction and a quote that Hannah wanted on the planter. All she wanted was for me to put the quote on the planters, the rest I was able to customize as I saw best. I used my graphic design experience as well as my woodworking craftsmanship to make this one of a kind planter for her, and she was beyond happy with the final result.

A little behind the scenes of making another flag that was ordered after seeing the first one come to life. These projects that you all enjoy just as much as I do makes me so happy to put my heart into them and see them being liked by not just the customer but their family and friends too. A delivery day calls for checking up on current merchandise at ! Klein’s market needed inventory replenished with another large planter and upon delivering I was able to admire the other items that we have for sale with them. They have two sets of the chairs and multiple planters ready for you to test out and take home! Thank you Klein Market for being so wonderful!

🍩DONUT worry, projects are continuing. 🍩
Last week I had my brother’s girlfriend come to me needing a new donut board for a wedding needed for the next day. Thankfully I had some plywood leftover from a prior project but did not have the time to build it that night. (As I stated previously, family means the most to me and I had my daughter’s softball practice that evening.)
She mentioned that she feels inspired by me enough that she may be able to create the board by themselves. I donated the board to the cause and she did a great job with a little help from my brother. I was happy we were both able to come together and help get this board ready for the bride and groom’s biggest day.

The result speaks for itself with this deck system thought of by my brother and myself. The kennels pair perfectly and safely next to each other and still room underneath for items he needs for his essentials, like shotguns and fishing poles. Even see there is extra room in the bed of the truck on the top of the deck to store more items!

Family has always been one of my top priorities so when my brother had this idea in his head for some time, we make it a reality. We made this custom deck system for his Toyota Tacoma to help make his hobbies easier to continue. This was made to have some storage area underneath the wood platform that is meant to hold his dog kennels next to each other comfortably. Extra space for supplies and comfortable ride for the dogs are always a win for me!
