FREEZING WEATHER and the animals are preparing to take shelter in your attic! Traps placed last night! Also don’t think foam and thing hardware cloth will save you! Straight 16 gauge sheet metal formed for the area for a permanent solution!

First for everything! Saw the grass moving and happen to reach down and get this little guy!

This morning: Two entry points sealed, main point secured with a one way door. Less than two hours the squirrels were evicted squirrels 🐿️ Next step to remove the door and permanently seal any critter out of that area 👍🏻

And finally opossum #5 from the attic has been captured and safely relocated with the rest of the family 🙌🏻

November 3rd 2025 and your termites are still active!! May be a little harder to locate as you can see in the red circled area, well below the weep holes is where they were found. No tunnels, just odd looking dirt to my eye. But was able to locate these today on a real estate transaction today 🐛
