When it’s SUPER HOT outside your cooling system is giving all its got to give you what you want for comfort. AC systems are designed to give you at least a 20 degree difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures. Keep your thermostat set to a comfort level that you like and hope it will stay there until the outdoor temperatures come back down.

I think you would agree, when your heating and cooling system breaks it matters very little what brand of HVAC equipment it is you just want it to work!
Don’t get stuck on a big name brand when purchasing a new system! The warranties are all pretty much the same besides if it breaks you will not be calling the manufacturer you’ll be calling the installer!

Use a good filter or become a good filter! The choice is yours! Put reminders on your calendar to change your filters. If you can’t change your filter call Polar Tropic Home Service at 404-434-5193 for a quote for a maintenance agreement where we change the filter on each visit.

I always get asked, whats a good brand of heating and air conditioning? I say it depends on how good of a job the installers are going to do! Will they take shortcuts like not vacuuming the air out of the lines, will they leave air leaks in your ductwork! Even with best system on the market if it’s not installed properly, you waisted your time and money!
