For those of you that can’t pull the trigger on sublimation shirts. I’ve learned to take an extra shirt with me on those really hot days. When I soak the first shirt from sweat, I simply change to my second one. I then wash/rinse the first shirt with water or pool water, and then hang to dry. The shirts are polyester and dry quickly. When I need a fresh shirt, it’ll be ready for me, especially for the ride home.

This is a client of 15 years. Wonderful people. I started with their townhouse for years, then they bought the adjoining townhouse, so the work doubled. This picture is of the two townhouses. Inside is one open layout, even though it looks like two on the outside.
It has its challenges, such as 32’ ladder work, ladder work from the rear decks(which are joined with a bridge), and ladder work in the foyers.
I changed batteries in the smoke/CO2 sensors, I washed decks, washed railings, cleaned window screens, cleaned windows, kitchen pendants, chandeliers, outdoor sconces, and a couple of oddball requests.
I finished in two long days, and I made up for the three rain days we had last week.

Some very hot days lately.
I’m loving it. After this past winter, I will not complain. Notice my first shirt of the day drying in the sun. I used the pool water to wash it out.
This home is a like a resort. I love the details in the craftsmanship.

Another job. I get to work on some of the coolest homes. Many are challenging. It’s such a pleasure to make them shine.
