So this was a fun and unique one to say the least! Special thanks to G. Krug & Son Ironworks and Museum for referring me to this job! Nothing is better than ! That being said this historic Abbey was built in 1890 and then later repurposed after the congregation closed. Our client has a vision and G. Krug and Son is going to bring that vision to life, I’m happy to be involved with this one!

This has to be one of my top fences to date! satisfying one to say the least! Our customer had a vision which was to transform her backyard into a private space! She had a vision of a custom horizontal staggered style fence with a privacy screen on her deck to so she can enjoy her morning coffee without her neighbors peering over. When you live in a townhouse community that’s hard to come by. BALTCO turned her vision into a reality. We added the fence and the rock border, and then a tall privacy screen on the existing deck! There are future plans to turn this backyard into a private oasis!

I don’t have too many before pictures of our customer’s lower level of the home however it was in great condition and still looked great even with the older carpet, however, they wanted to freshen up the space so that’s what we did! We removed the old carpet, the old rubber baseboard on the paneling, and the old tile in-front of the fire place. Our team did demo and then installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring, two rows of tile in front of the fire place, and new baseboard and quarter-round shoe molding. Here are some before during and after photos! At BaltCo Property & Grounds we got you!
