ACA Contracting LLC In 1998, I began turning that passion into a profession.

Nearly two decades later, in 2017, ACA Contracting LLC was born in Luck, Wisconsin — named after the initials of the person behind every project: Andrew Case-Allan.

We're truly grateful. 🙏

Sandy Barnes just left us this kind review, and honestly — it means everything to us:

"ACA Contracting took my ideas for our run down cabin and turned it into a beautiful oasis for my family and I. If I changed my mind, they were always amenable. Looked after my money carefully and did excellent work."

Sandy, thank you. It was an honor being trusted with a project with such storied history.

If you've worked with us and had a good experience, we'd love it if you shared your thoughts — it helps other homeowners find a contractor they can trust.

The inside of this Bone Lake cabin is where the real design work shows.

Double oak sliding barn doors with matte black hardware. A large picture window framed to pull the lake right into the living room. A corner glass shower with a dark vanity and white quartz top. A kitchen built to look as good as it functions.

Every finish was chosen to work with the others. The warm oak, the matte black hardware, the white trim, the gray walls. None of it was random. Andrew holds a design degree and put it to work on every single detail of this project.

We didn't just build it. We designed it.

From dense woods to a Bone Lake retreat. Here's the full reveal.

When we started this project, the lot was overgrown, the exterior was worn out, and the interior needed a complete gut. Our crew cleared the trees, cut a new driveway, installed LP SmartSide siding with new exterior trim and windows, and rebuilt everything inside from the ground up.

This is what a full design-build remodel looks like. Not just the construction. The design too.

We didn't just build it. We designed it.

The interior is done. The exterior is almost there.

We've been teasing pieces of this Bone Lake cabin all week — the bathroom, the kitchen, the barn doors, the picture window. But you haven't seen it all together yet.

Once the siding, exterior paint, tree clearing, and driveway are complete, we'll do the full reveal. And we think it's going to be one of the best transformations we've ever done.

We rebuilt essentially everything inside this cabin — new LVP flooring, new carpet, all new fixtures, full bathroom build, new kitchen, new windows. Andrew designed the complete color palette from scratch. This is what happens when a builder actually cares about design.

If you've got a cabin or lake property that needs work — we'd love to talk. That's exactly what we do.

This is what a complete cabin gut remodel looks like when you let the design breathe.

Navy sectional. Rustic diamond-pane entry door. Large windows pulling in the tree line. This living room started from a blank slate — new flooring, new fixtures, new everything. And Andrew tied it all together with a color palette designed around the space, not just slapped on top of it.

This is a cabin that finally feels like a home.

We work with lake property owners across Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, and Barron Counties. If your cabin needs a refresh — or a full transformation — let's talk. 🏠
