Before the machine shows up, do this.

Walk your access path. The rental cannot start work if the truck and trailer cannot get the skid steer to the spot. Open gates, move vehicles, mark anything you do not want crushed.

Flag your utilities. Water lines, septic, electric runs. It takes ten minutes and it saves a very bad day.

Clear the drop zone. Twenty feet of clear, level ground for the trailer to back into. If we spend twenty minutes clearing your site with your rented machine, that is twenty minutes off your day.
