You may have noticed Sherwin Williams store in Lowville got a new parking lot make over behind the store to better assist truck deliveries, the owner of the property called and said a truck sank in the parking lot this spring and they needed something done. We went out and inspected it and realized it was cheaply built, with only 3" of crusher run stone over sandy fill. We found lots of concrete, rebar, blacktop and wood debris in that fill as well, everything was excavated out and 41 loads of crausher run stone isntalled in lifts and compacted, the rear of the property was ditched to drain the run off water from the neighboring property. The final result speaks for it self.

We have been pushing this summer to get a bunch of remediation work done, drainage, re- profiling, Grading, seeding and mulching for Number Three Wind. We have been taking care of spots where water has been backing up on farm land causing crops to not grow to potential or at all, or causing issues with access roadways. The goal is to get all the farmers land productive again after the project was completed

Last year we were hired to take over and finish a project for some awesome home owners. They had a vision of a stone wall to add more yard space to there property. They allowed us to be creative and with there vision and our machinery and experience, me made it happen. They wanted more flat lawn area for entertaining and enjoyment and wanted the existing rock ledge hidden. Resourcing all the natural boulders from there property we were able to create a 3 tier wall with fill dirt and grading, this is the before and after finished product.

Please share if you like how this turned out!

If you are interested in something like this for your property or any other excavating or grading projects or options reach out to us anytime we would love to help,

The owners were selling the new house on the property and needed this eye sore removed before the sale could be completed. Everything was hauled to the landfill, The property was graded, topsoiled, and seeded We made.very quick time of this one.
