From pour day to finished foundation.

The forms are stripped, the walls are finished, and another massive foundation is ready for the next phase of construction.

This project featured 300 yards of concrete with wall heights ranging from 3–15 feet—and now you can finally see the finished product.

As we wrap up our part, our boom truck is hard at work removing panels and clearing the site so the next crew can get to work.

POUR DAY

300 yards of concrete. Two pumps. Wall heights ranging from 3’ to 15’. And one BIG foundation. 💪🏼

This one was a serious operation from start to finish, and our crew absolutely crushed it. Huge pours like this take planning, precision, and a whole lot of teamwork—and we’re proud of how this one came together.

A few highlights from the footing pour on the massive project Craig introduced in our last reel. With a project of this scale, accuracy matters—and our LeicaGeosystems FunPage technology helps us maintain precise elevations and layout throughout the job.

We wrapped up this pour with the footings for one of two retaining walls on the project.

It was rewarding to see the progress coming together on the garage and house foundations for blackpinesbuilders

One unique aspect of this build was installing the foundation insulation (Styrofoam) on the garage foundation at the builder’s request. While it’s not part of every project, it’s a service we’re happy to provide to help meet each builder and homeowner’s specific needs and project goals.

We’re committed to delivering the quality, flexibility, and attention to detail that each different build requires.
