A hidden water service leak can lead to costly utility bills and bigger problems down the road.

After the homeowner noticed unusually high water usage, our team was called in to replace the existing service line with a new 1" HDPE water service installed using horizontal directional boring. This trenchless approach allowed us to install approximately 225 feet of new water line while minimizing disruption to the property.

The project included a precision bore from the meter pit to the home, a foundation wall core pe*******on, installation of a new 2" conduit with tracer wire and mule tape for future access, and all necessary connections to restore reliable water service to the home.

Another leak located and repaired before it could become a bigger problem.

Our crew mobilized on-site, safely exposed the existing water service line, identified the source of the leak, installed a new 1" compression isolation valve for easier future operation, and completed all necessary repairs to restore full water pressure to the home.

After repairs were completed, the excavation was backfilled, compacted, and graded to closely match existing conditions. Final testing confirmed no leaks and no meter movement at the time of service.

Another leak, another water service restored. 💧

After the leak was verified and located by American Leak Detection, our crew got to work exposing the water line, identifying the source of the problem, and making the necessary repairs to restore full water pressure to the home.

From utility locates and excavation to repair and site restoration, we handled the project from start to finish and left the area graded back to match the surrounding landscape.

Horizontal directional boring in action! This method allows us to install new water lines underground with minimal disruption to landscaping, concrete, driveways, and surrounding property. Instead of tearing up an entire yard, we’re able to carefully bore underground from point to point while keeping the job clean and efficient.

When critical irrigation infrastructure fails, fast and professional repairs matter. 💧

For this project, our team replaced an inoperable 2” brass isolation valve that controlled a neighborhood green belt irrigation system. With the valve located nearly 6 feet below grade, the project required careful utility coordination, excavation, copper pipe prep, installation of a brand new brass valve, and restoration of the entire system back to full operation.

We also installed a new vertical access point to make future operation and maintenance easier moving forward.
