When you’re comparing construction estimates, don’t just look at the total.

Look at what’s actually included:
• Scope
• Prep + code requirements
• Safety + supervision
• Hidden-condition handling
• Warranty
• Who’s still accountable once the work starts

Because “we left that out to keep the price down” hits different when the project is already underway. 😅
