One of our biggest lessons came from a project we regret. 🙏

Early on, we converted a garage without pulling permits. We didn't know better yet, and honestly, sometimes you have to go through something to learn it. When a little water got in after the first rain, we offered to fix it. Instead the situation escalated, and skipping those permits came back to bite us.

We took care of it. And from that day forward, we don't touch a single project without permits. Ever. Growth like that isn't fun, but it made us better.

Sometimes doing it right means spending a little more upfront. 🔨

We're in a fire-rated zone in Sierra Madre, so on our distributor's advice we went with tempered windows, even though it cost more and takes a few extra days to manufacture.

Why? Because a correction from the inspector would send us all the way back. Spending a little more upfront keeps the whole project moving.

We took a 700 square foot house and nearly tripled it, close to 1,900 total. Every room got a ceiling fan, because the client wanted to skip the AC and save on electrical. No upcharge, we just wired it the way they wanted.

There's a comfortable room for his mom with a curbless bathroom and a grab bar, a home office, and a master suite with a tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Whatever the client wants, we build it.

Here's how we're boosting this home's curb appeal. 🏡

Out with the old ironwork, in with a fresh, updated version. We're also clearing all the existing plants to redesign the whole space with new landscaping and hardscape.
