This master bathroom hadn’t been touched in years. Everything was original — and it showed. 🚿
Our client was ready for a complete change. So we gutted it and started over:
🪵 Large format wood-look tile — floor to ceiling in the shower
🔲 White hexagon floor tile throughout
🚿 Walk-in shower with rain head & double built-in niches
🪞 Floating walnut vanity with arch mirror
💡 Matte black lighting, fixtures & hardware — throughout
🚽 New toilet & full plumbing update
🖌️ Fresh walls, new trim, new door hardware
Zero original materials kept. 100% rebuilt.
This is the second bathroom we completed in this home — and both turned out exactly the way the client envisioned.

Today started early with the final inspection for our ADU project in Fontana. To be honest, we only passed the final inspection on our third attempt—but that’s part of construction. What matters is that today we finally got the Approved stamp. ✅

Since I left so early, I didn’t even have time to eat breakfast at home. After the inspection, I headed straight to our second job site—a commercial office project in Pasadena. On the way, I decided to stop for breakfast and accidentally found a really great little spot.

I ordered a simple ham sandwich, but the real surprise was the blueberry pie. 🫐 I always thought all blueberry pies tasted pretty much the same, but this one was different. The crust was perfectly flaky, and the filling was packed with fresh, flavorful blueberries.

The interior was another pleasant surprise. The whole place has a unique vintage feel, with old wooden furniture, classic décor, and lots of character. It feels like stepping back in time—but in the best possible way. Even better, everything was spotless and well maintained, which, unfortunately, isn’t something you can say about many places these days.

Sometimes the best discoveries happen when you’re not looking for them. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This bathroom wasn’t falling apart. It had actually been remodeled not too long ago. ✅
But our client wanted more. A fresher look, a more intentional design, something that actually felt current. So we came in and made it happen.
Here’s what we replaced:
🔲 Classic white subway tile — floor to ceiling in the shower zone
🔲 Custom ornamental floor tile — laid and grouted by hand
🔲 New double vanity with integrated sink
🔲 Matte black fixtures throughout — faucets, shower head, hardware
🔲 Built-in shower niche
🔲 New toilet
Same footprint. Completely different feeling.

These dressing rooms didn’t build themselves. 🔴
The fitting room zone at BUNDI boutique in Hollywood was one of the most detail-intensive parts of the entire project. Here’s what it actually took:
🔧 Custom curved curtain rails — bent to shape and installed by hand
🪵 Full wood framing with rounded, non-standard geometry
🖌️ Suede wall panels — wrapped tight around every curve
💡 Backlit full-length mirrors — integrated into the structure
