White eggplants are a unique and delicious addition to the garden! Their creamy white skin, mild flavor, and productive growth make them a favorite for gardeners and home cooks alike.

🌿 PLANT TYPE: Warm-season annual vegetable
🌱 SOIL: Rich, fertile, well-draining soil with plenty of organic matter
🌾 ZONE: 5–11
💧 WATER: Keep soil consistently moist; about 1–2 inches of water per week
☀ LIGHT: Full sun (6–8+ hours daily)
🌿 FERTILIZE: Feed every 2–4 weeks with a balanced vegetable fertilizer
🌽 HARVEST: Pick when fruits are glossy, firm, and 4–6 inches long, before seeds mature
