Welcome to my vibrant world of color, texture, and enlightenment. I'm Shell Amega, a devotional artist whose creative journey is a tapestry interwoven with the profound teachings of ancient symbols, sacred geometry, and the devotional path of KriyaYoga.
🌱 My Journey:
After embarking on the transformative path of a Kriya Yogi, under the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, founder of the Self-Realization Fellowship, I discovered the powerful allure of ancient wisdom symbols and how they are interconnected throughout the world’s spiritual cultures. These symbols find a unique expression in my textured paintings, creating an immersive experience for the soul.
🎨 Artistic Passion:
Each brushstroke is a celebration of life, a dance of colors, textures and patterns that invite you into a deeper meditative experience. I often use crystals, gold leaf and gold gels to enhance the spiritual light in the paintings. My art seeks to evoke the beauty and mystery of the eternal, bridging the gap between the ancient and the modern. I’m especially fascinated by mandalas, Sri Yantras and the beauty of nature.
