Lots of finish work starting to happen. Gonna make this a functioning/ livable space soon and gonna add in some pretty neat features along the way. Started this project off yesterday by spray foam insulating the exterior walls. Gonna tighten up and finish some framing then start putting everything together. Will be posting updates as we go

!!!!! Exterior Replacement !!!!!

Finished up this sheeting job this week. The customer had some water damage in a few areas so he removed the brick so we could come in and fix things back for him. We started by removing the old sheeting and insulation board. While we had the walls opened up we went ahead and removed and reinstalled new insulation before installing the new weatherlogic osb boards and taping the seams to seal everything up. We also covered the new sheeting with typar houswrap to add another layer of protection to the home before the new brick gets installed. !!!!! Roof and Facia Replacement !!!!!

Put the metal brake to work on this metal job we just finished today. Stripped off all the old facia metal. Replaced some subfacia. Tightened up the soffit. Then broke some aluminum trim coil on site and installed all new facia metal. Then ran 2x4 purlins and straightened the roof out. And finished it off with a 29 guage lifetime warranty metal roof that will last many years. Reach out for any of your metal needs from roofing/ siding, standing seam and custom jobs with the brake (window/door casings, facia, etc.)

Finishing off this week with some trim work and painting. Started by demoing the outdated tile backsplash and removing a counter and cabinet. Installed some shiplap backsplash/ accent wall and also built out a base so it would trim out nicely. Then while we had the paint out jumped out to the garage to freshen up the walls and ceiling. If you have something that's starting to feel outdated or you just wanna freshen up your space reach out anytime and I'll be happy to breathe a new life into your home also

!!!!! Custom Handrail Install !!!!!

Finished up the barn build today by installing this custom handrail. Everything is white oak to match the flooring, treads, and risers. This project turned out beautifully from start to finish. From interior to exterior top to bottom we have you covered. !!!!! Kitchen Update !!!!!

Finished up another tile project today. Really gave this kitchen a more open, inviting feel. Started by removing the old backsplash, leveling the bar and having the countertops replaced with quartz. Then finished by installing these glossy subway tiles even adding a section up to the ceiling above the stove where the upper cabinets used to be. Then tied it all together with a matching white grout to give it a clean look throughout.

Kind of a late post but this is another project that I finished up last week. Just in time for the deadline I gave myself. This project is actually something I've been doing on my own aside from the scheduled work that I do throughout the week. Definitely was "burning the candle at both ends" the past few months but all the hard work is paying off

- Replaced the subfloors
- Scraped popcorn texture off ceiling and skim coated
-Drywall repairs on walls & ceiling
- Replaced bathtub and surround
- Painted walls/ ceiling/ trim/ doors/ and cabinets
- Installed new LVP flooring
- Made plumbing repairs for new appliances and furnishings
- Tightened up/ Installed new trim

!!!!! Barn Build Update !!!!!

Finished up another phase of this project today. The pictures don't show it very well but a lot of attention went into the finishing, staining, and top coating all of the wood and trim to really make it look nice. We even blew the dust off of the stained glass window and door. Showed them a little love. And gave them a new life. Then finally we built out the bathroom with a walk in shower. Including a bench and niche, installed the tile and trim, and sealed it all up. Now we're just waiting on the handrail parts to come in so we can install and finish them and wrap this whole project up. I offer a wide range of services from Interior to Exterior. !!!!! Barn Build Update !!!!!

Hit a big milestone today!!! Wrapped up the exterior of the build. Got the brick wayne's coat and front wall installed then completed it out with hardie lap siding and finished it up with a fresh coat of primer and paint. Feels good to have the exterior completed and see it all starting to really come together. Now it's time to focus on the inside and put the finishing touches on this project!!!!!
