All of our subcontractors are also insured for your protection. Some tradesmen, such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors, are regulated by the State of Texas in addition to being licensed by the City of Longview. This all helps to ensure that your project is done safely and correctly. Grant has over 47 years of experience in all phases of both residential and commercial remodeling. For residential jobs, we do everything from small exterior repairs to complete remodels, specializing in kitchens, baths and additions. At Premier Construction, we can use your idea to make a plan, or we will help you design something to fit your wants and needs. Either way, we will be there with you from start to finish. We specialize in designing and remodeling dream kitchens, luxurious baths and spacious room additions. However, we do just about anything you need to have done, including window replacement, decks, painting, roofing, additional lighting, exterior cornice repairs, siding, cabinetry, doors, commercial remodeling and repairs. But we're not limited to just those project types! In fact, the list of jobs we can tackle goes on forever! After we analyze your wants and needs, we will then present to you a fully itemized estimate in a format that you will easily understand, along with a realistic time frame for your project. We also have a list of customer references to help you feel comfortable with your decision to use our services. We are widely known among our past customers as well as among our peers as one of the fastest and cleanest contractors in this area. We accomplish a lot quickly without compromising the quality of our work. Our motto is, “We do it right” – but please understand that this is not HGTV, and kitchens and bathrooms are not completed in a weekend. We make every effort to keep your job manned and as clean as possible, making an unpleasant situation as comfortable as possible. There is scarcely a neighborhood or street in Longview that we haven’t worked on. We've probably worked on your neighbor's house! You may already know and trust some of our commercial customers, such as Bodacious B-B-Q, Pizza Hut, Lively Cadillac GMC, Welch Funeral Home, Rader Funeral Home, Rosewood Park Cemetery, LaFama Foods, Longview Wellness Center, Coca-Cola, Nabors Drilling USA Inc., ETOS Inc., Center of Rehabilitation Excellence, and Texas Federal Credit Union just to name a few.
