Not every dream home is defined by square footage.🤍

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was thoughtfully designed for a retired couple who wanted a space that fits the way they live today—comfortable, functional, low-maintenance, and built to last.

At Mar-Co we, we believe custom means building the right home, not simply the biggest. Whether you’re designing your forever home, downsizing, or starting a new chapter, our commitment to thorough planning, quality craftsmanship, and guaranteed pricing stays the same.

Great custom homes aren’t measured in square feet—they’re measured in how well they fit the people who live in them.☺️

One of the biggest mistakes people make before building? Focusing on the house before focusing on their lifestyle.🤍

A great home isn’t just beautiful — it supports the way you live every day.

Before building, consider:
• How you use your current home
• What frustrates you about your current layout
• What spaces you’ll use the most
• How your needs may change over time

The answers to these questions often lead to the best designs.

That’s why we spend so much time getting to know our clients before plans are finalized. A home should be designed around the people who live in it — not the other way around.✨

What a season.🤍

We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who came through our Parade home over the past two weekends. Getting to meet so many of you, hear your thoughts, and watch people connect with the home was something we truly enjoyed.

It especially meant a lot to our team to hear that this home was a favorite for so many visitors.😊

This home was built with intention, warmth, and everyday living in mind — exactly what we hope every Mar-Co home reflects.✨

If you’re thinking about building and ready to start your next chapter, we’d love to help guide you through the process.

We loved getting to welcome so many of you into this home over the weekend.🤍

Some of the most common things we heard were:
‘It feels so warm and inviting.’
‘You can tell there was attention to every detail.’
‘This might be our favorite one.’

We even had a few people come back for a second look — which says a lot.

That’s always the goal — to create a home that feels as good as it looks.✨

If you haven’t had a chance to visit yet, we’d love to see you this weekend, May 8-10 from 1-6 pm.

How do you choose the right builder?💭

From our experience, the difference comes down to a few key things.

Clear communication.
A defined process.
Consistent quality.

Building your home should feel informed, structured, and well thought out from the start.

Take your time. Ask questions. And choose a builder you trust to guide you through it. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Every home needs a focal point.🔥

Fireplaces naturally draw people in — but the way they’re designed can completely change the feel of a space.

From full masonry to a mix of stone, tile, or trim, each one is tailored to fit the home it’s in — both in style and scale.

Because the right details don’t just stand out — they bring everything together.✨
