For older adults living on a fixed income, every dollar matters. When income is limited and doesn’t always stretch far enough to cover rising housing costs and everyday needs, having an affordable home can make all the difference.

At The Inn Between, Evan can afford his rent while also having access to nutritious food through our community food pantry and support from Housing Advocates who help connect him with resources when he needs them. Just as importantly, he has a community around him where he can feel supported and continue to call home as he ages.

Everyone deserves to feel secure in their home and know they have people in their corner.

We’re proud to see KCI’s work highlighted by Amtrak! KCI served as the general contractor for accessibility improvements at the Fort Morgan and Granby stations—two projects representing approximately $15 million in investment in Colorado passenger rail.
