Same house. Completely different look.

Age catches a lot of homeowners off guard. When a roof gets old enough, insurance won’t cover it, and replacing it becomes a decision you make on your own. This Denver homeowner made it, and the new Tamko Stormfighter Flex roof in Black Walnut with fresh siding turned the whole house around.

Colorado Preferred Roofing started in 2017 for one reason.

Our founder, Mark, was tired of watching roofing companies treat homeowners like a transaction: storm hits, they sell, they disappear. So he built the opposite kind of company.

A team that actually answers the phone. A crew that comes back after the job is done to check the work. A roofer built to be around for the next 20 years, not just the next 20 minutes.

An owner who's actually present, and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right.

Your cheapest bid will often be your most expensive roof.

Inferior workmanship. Mismatched materials. Sketchy contractors. Warranties that only look good in the rear view mirror. Cheap contractors can cost you far more in the long run, and they can lower your home's value in the process.

As a homeowner, you have real ways to check who you're hiring: the Colorado Roofing Association website, Google Business pages, and the Better Business Bureau.

Don't buy your roof twice. Get it done right the first time.

Today, our team spent the day training with a guest speaker on sales psychology, real conversations, financing, canvassing, and how to help homeowners overcome something we call "roof fatigue," the exhaustion of feeling like you're replacing a roof every few years.

The goal wasn't to teach our team how to sell harder. It was to teach them how to understand people better and bring real value to every conversation.

That's the investment we make in our team, so we can make a better investment in you.

We asked our team what makes Colorado Preferred Roofing different. One answer kept coming up: our commitment to actually educating homeowners, not just selling them.

That's not something we put in a brochure. It's something our own people believe enough to say on camera. 🎥
