Peak Companies is seeking a friendly, organized Office/Field Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling services, assisting customers, and delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction. Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred as we regularly assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record are required. Pay ranges from $14–$20 per hour, depending on experience, and includes opportunities for bonuses and paid time off (PTO).

PEAK Companies is seeking a motivated and skilled individual experienced in general construction, apartment maintenance, and property services.

Applicants should have experience with:
✔ Drywall, paint, patchwork & repairs
✔ Trim, cabinetry & vinyl flooring installation
✔ Power tools & general carpentry
✔ Lawn equipment, tractors/backhoes & machine operation
✔ Driving a truck & trailer when needed

This position includes responsibilities involving inspections, carpentry, machine operation, material deliveries, general labor, equipment support, and assisting field teams throughout daily operations.

⚠️ This position requires strong common sense, a true passion to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly, as this role reports directly to the owners of the company on a daily basis. One to two years of experience in general maintenance and construction is required.

💰 Compensation Range: $41,000 – $80,000 annually, dependent on experience, availability, ability to perform, adaptability, and overall skillset. Growth opportunities are available for individuals willing to learn, take on new challenges, and maintain high-quality standards.
