We bought a Husqvarna Mark II chainsaw online because it was cheaper. At first, everything seemed fine.

But after using it for about an hour (just two fuel tanks), the chainsaw suddenly stopped working.

It wouldn’t start again due to a piston seizure.

We contacted the seller, and they told us it was a warranty issue and to go to a Husqvarna dealer. However, the dealer later said the warranty was void because there was dirt or slag in the fuel tank.

Since we couldn’t get a refund, we ended up selling the chainsaw at a loss. When we opened it, the internal damage was shocking for a brand-new machine.
