Simply beautiful. When we were sanding and discussing this piece, my husband asked, “do you think you can get it very light?”
Well to both of our surprise, why yes we can!

Just a few fun pieces…
Sometimes I look back at the pieces I’ve completed and can’t help but smile.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is meeting so many wonderful people along the way, hearing the stories behind their treasured pieces, and having the opportunity to bring those well-loved piece back to he enjoyed for years to come

Every piece has a story, and I’m so grateful to be a small part of it.

A beautiful traditional wood dresser given a great coastal makeover . The finished piece feels light, airy, and sophisticated—perfect for a relaxed coastal-modern home.
I’m truly honored when a customer trusts me with a treasured heirloom.

Check out this adorable furniture flip! ❤️
I love when an inherited piece gets a fresh new look while still holding onto the memories and meaning behind it. Not every piece has to stay exactly as it was to remain a special reminder of someone you love. Sometimes, giving it a new life allows those memories to live on in a whole new way.

Here she is, completed and ready to find her new home

9/2 update…. Black for the win! Thank you for all the feedback . I will post when completed in a week or two

UPDATE— so the vote was split 50/50 🤷‍♀️
with black being dramatic vs white being coastal…white possibly edging for a faster sell, black I have all supplies on hand…. More votes are welcome

Picking color options is always the most challenging part of the work. Which do you prefer? White or black??

King master bedroom sweet was cherry wood. Desire was to remove as much reds as possible and working towards a lighter match for the walnut flooring. We went with a dark mahogany blend. Thank you Maggie for trusting me simply flipped by barbara with your longboy/tall boy/ end tables/ mirror and king bed set.
