Excited to be breaking ground on another incredible outdoor transformation — this time in Lake Highlands, Dallas. 🖤

We’re taking this backyard from ordinary to completely reimagined, with a custom design built around the home, the space, and the way this family wants to live outdoors.

Stay tuned… this one is going to be good. 👀

Finished project 😍🔥

Don’t even get me started on how spectacular that crisp white trim tile looks against the moody waterline. It adds the perfect layer of contrast and gives the entire pool a clean, modern, high-end finish.

From the sleek geometric lines and integrated flush spa to the turf accents and striking material selections, every detail was designed to make this backyard feel polished, intentional, and effortlessly luxurious.

A beautiful example of how the right finishing touches can completely transform a space. ✨

We’re honored to sponsor Movie Night for the second year in a row at 24 Hours in the Canyon! 🚴‍♂️🎬

This incredible event brings together the mountain biking community to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer. Supporting a cause that impacts so many families is something we’re proud to be part of.

Thank you to everyone who rides, volunteers, donates, and makes this event possible. We’re grateful to support such an amazing community. 💛

Yardmodstx is sponsoring our Saturday Night Family Movie again this year.

Great design isn’t about choosing beautiful materials—it’s about choosing the right materials.

This University Park project is a perfect example. The soft travertine tones, natural textures, and mature tree canopy all work together to create a backyard that feels organic, timeless, and inviting.

Turf installation is underway today, and we are one step closer to revealing this incredible outdoor living space.

Sometimes the best compliment a project can receive is that it looks like it was always meant to be there. We think this one is headed in that direction.

✨ Stay tuned for the finished reveal.

The kind of nights you never want to go inside.
These are the moments people don’t think about when building a pool… until they experience them.
