To meet the working load, this job required double helix leads with multiple extensions in order to reach over 30 feet deep. Later, a construction team came to pour cement and put up walls.

The required working load was not met until we hit bedrock when installing these piers. Unable to drill any further, the top of the piers containing the quick connect had to be cut off in order to meet the height specifications. An acetylene torch and high power drill were used to punch new holes to attach the new construction bracket.
