August 15th marked the official 1st year anniversary of Amity Electric LLC!
We know we’ve been a bit MIA on here lately, and we want to say a massive THANK YOU to our community for keeping us so incredibly busy. Between navigating classic growing pains, solving unexpected technical issues, and hiring new staff, we have been all over the place!
To make sure we can give every single customer our full focus during this growth, we’ve made a few big updates to streamline our operations locally:
- We have officially shifted our regular service work down to a 30-mile radius from our shop here in Lincolnton, GA!
- Starting September 1st, we are proud to say we now source our high-quality materials from only two LOCAL suppliers, with big box stores being a LAST resort!

PLUS we have a couple more updates:
We bought a new trailer! It’s still a work in progress in terms of paint and custom storage, but it’s already helping us keep more supplies on-site, and cutting down on material trips so we can spend more time focusing entirely on the job.
Maple is back on duty! Our hyper squirrel-dog spent her summer recovering from a broken leg after T-boning a car while chasing a squirrel back in May. We are happy to report she is 100% tip-top now—and she even successfully treed and "got" her very first squirrel of the year to celebrate her recovery! 🐕💨
We’ve attached a few photos to give you a glimpse into the recent craziness, plus a nod to some of the incredible fuel that keeps us going from Chelas and The Hot Box over in Washington, GA!
