This project started with removing an old tub/surround that were never installed correctly. We rebuilt the whole thing: new subfloor, framed a wall for a 48” shower, & used self-leveling to fix a floor that was 1” out of level over just 34”. Installed a new shower base/drain, replumbed the drain line, & ran new plumbing for the mixing valve, shower arm, & hand sprayer. Finished it off with a brand new acrylic surround, shower trim, & glass shower door. Studs to finish — built to last.

When Doug’s Plumbing needed to tear out part of a front porch to install a new clean out, we stepped in to get it back to better-than-before. We set a temporary support post, repoured the porch, reinstalled the original metal post with fresh hardware, and regraded the yard for proper drainage. Exterior wall replacement — We removed a rotting, leak-damaged exterior, then rebuilt it from the ground up: new framing & header for two windows instead of one, ZIP System sheathing w/ taped seams for a fully water- & air-sealed envelope, properly flashed window openings. Finished the interior w/ new wiring, fresh insulation, v***r barrier.

We're thrilled to turn this project over to the homeowners so they can start using their kitchen again. We broke ground on May 7th and put the final touches on just yesterday. Quality results take time, and it's our number one goal to go above and beyond client expectations, which we believe we've achieved on this remodel.

Making significant progress on the Mason Kitchen remodel. Following the last post, drywall, paint, cabinets, and lighting installations have been completed. Take a look at the updated progress.

Had lots of fun hanging out in this crawlspace to complete a small structural repair under a bathroom. Three of the floor joists were rotted and hanging out with no support. We sistered on new treated joists, poured two concrete pads, built a treated double 2x8 beam with 4x4 posts & jacked the floors up to level.

Fesh kitchen remodel in the works. Gutting, electrical & framing have been completed. Next up is drywall, paint, and custom cabinets 💪🏼
