Tree removal 🌳

This Bur oak near the driveway was doing this homeowner more harm than good for various reasons so it needed to go. Also trimmed up the tree next to it and hauled away a rotting deck in the backyard.

Another water mitigation project done right! ✅️
The culprit was a old water heater that went bad and leaked. We tore out all the moldy and damaged drywall and material, sprayed agents to disinfect, and used dehumidifier and fans to dry the area for 3 consecutive days.

Retaining wall rebuild came out great!
Original wall failed from a multitude of factors.

We properly rebuilt base, added geogrid fabric for tensil strenght, installed 4" perforated pipe in the back for piece of mind, backfilled with rock, and scored and glued top course down.

Took all the proper steps to ensure longevity.
