Responsabilidades:
✅ Instalación de materiales de jardinería, incluyendo plantas, césped (sod), grava, mantillo (mulch), bordes y más
✅ Trabajos de albañilería y construcción de paisaje (experiencia es una ventaja)
✅ Reparaciones de sistemas de riego (experiencia es una ventaja)
✅ Cargar y descargar herramientas, materiales y equipo
✅ Operar equipo de jardinería de manera segura
✅ Mantener limpios y organizados los camiones, remolques, herramientas y áreas de trabajo

Requisitos:
• Licencia de conducir válida de Texas (preferida)
• Experiencia en jardinería o construcción es una ventaja, pero estamos dispuestos a capacitar a la persona indicada
• Transporte confiable
• Buena actitud y ganas de trabajar
• Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras y trabajar al aire libre bajo el calor de Texas
• Puntual, responsable y con buena ética de trabajo
• Hablar inglés y español es una ventaja

Capital Land Design is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our team!

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in producing quality work, and want to be part of a company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
✅ Install landscape materials including plants, sod, gravel, mulch, edging, and more
✅ Masonry and hardscape work (experience is a plus)
✅ Irrigation repairs (experience is a plus)
✅ Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
✅ Safely operate landscaping equipment
✅ Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites clean and organized

Qualifications:
• Valid Texas driver’s license preferred
• Landscape or construction experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in the Texas heat
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work every day
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

This was a fun one for us! While we put our heart into every project, it’s extra rewarding when you get to start off with a raw piece of dirt and transform in to something beutiful that can be enjoyed for many years to come!
