We’re bringing in the water truck and watching this custom pool finally come to life.

After all the excavation, gunite, tile, coping, decking, equipment, and plaster work, this is one of the most satisfying days of the entire build.

Now it’s time to get her filled up, started up, and ready for the homeowners to enjoy.

Plaster completely changes the look of a pool. Up until this point, you can see the shape and the design — but today is when you really start seeing what the finished pool is going to become.

A lot of work goes into getting to this stage, and we’re getting very close to seeing the final result.

This custom pool is getting close to the finish line!

Today we’re wrapping up the pool deck and installing the Hide-A-Lids for a cleaner, more seamless finish around the pool.

Electrical is up tomorrow, then plaster goes in Monday. After that, this one is going to look completely different.

Now it’s time for the deck.

We’re laying the marble decking today, and this is always one of those stages where the entire backyard starts to come together.

Still plenty of work ahead, but we’re getting closer. 🔥

This is one of those details that really starts bringing the whole pool together. We take the time to make sure the tile is set straight, level, and clean because once the water is in, the waterline will show every detail.

Today we’re shooting gunite for the new raised spa addition. Once this is complete, we’ll finish out the spa, install new coping and natural stone decking, and replaster the entire pool.

This backyard is going to look completely different when we’re finished.

This backyard is getting a complete transformation. 👀

We tore out the old deck, rebuilt the retaining wall, and now we’re adding a brand-new spa to the existing pool.

Next up:
• New marble coping
• French-pattern marble decking
• Fresh plaster throughout the pool
• New finishes to tie the entire backyard together

A lot of work goes into a remodel like this, but the end result is going to look like a completely different backyard.

09/03/2026

For this recent pool remodel, we redid the deck and added laminar jets to bring in extra style, movement, and that finishing touch of light. The result completely changed the feel of the entire backyard.

Simple upgrades can make a huge difference when they’re done the right way.

The crew is controlling heavy hoses under pressure, shooting the shell, shaping walls and floors, carving steps and benches, and making sure every detail comes together while the material is still workable.

It’s hot, messy, physical work — and it takes a seriously skilled crew to make it look this smooth.

From steel and plumbing to a full concrete shell in one day.

This is one of the best transformations in the entire pool-building process.

08/27/2026

It’s always rewarding to look back at where a project started and see the transformation from the first day of excavation to the final finished pool.

Every phase has a purpose. Every detail matters. And at the end, it all comes together to create a backyard our clients can enjoy for years to come.

We’re proud to put the Blue Ember name on this one.
