Sometimes the best upgrade to a home you've loved for decades is the space around it.

For this couple, we reimagined the entire backyard. A beautifully refreshed patio with multiple seating areas. New steps flowing from the full-length porch. A tranquil water feature with cascading waterfalls to bring their Japanese garden vision to life. Japanese maples, ferns, hydrangeas, and hostas layered throughout for texture and full-season interest. Evergreen screening for privacy. And ambient landscape lighting that lets them enjoy the space around the clock.

The result is a backyard designed for how they actually want to live, gather, and unwind.

This is what happens when design comes first. 🌿

Not products. Not materials. Not “let’s just build something and see how it looks.” Real design. Every line intentional. Every plant purposeful. Every element working together to elevate the entire experience.

The result is an outdoor space that doesn’t just look beautiful. It feels considered from every angle.

There is something chic about turning your own backyard into something you’d travel to.

True luxury outdoor living isn't about the pool. It's about everything around it.

For Susan's project, we designed a resort-style pool with a wade-in bottom for lounging and entertaining, a stunning six-foot-wide waterfall feature, travertine surround with warm earth tones, and a deep blue liner that turns the pool into the centerpiece of the entire yard. Every accent, every plant, every detail designed to welcome her in and elevate the space.

At Outdoor Spaces, we don't drop a pool in your yard. We design an outdoor experience.

Let's create yours. Reach out today.

Reviews like this remind us why we love what we do. 🌿

Jaime came to us with a vision for the space beneath her deck, and we brought it to life with a paver patio built for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard in a whole new way. Now, she and her family get to enjoy every inch of it.

Her words say it all: "Above and beyond our expectation." ✨

Let's design something that goes above and beyond for you too. Give us a call today.

Before and after, and every considered detail in between. ✨

For this project, we transformed a tired backyard into a true retreat. A refined paver patio designed for entertaining. Elegant steps that flow with the architecture of the home. A curated garden space filled with layered plantings for year-round beauty. And a soothing waterfall feature that turns the entire space into a sensory experience. 🌿

This is what luxury outdoor living looks like when every element is designed with intention.

Let's design something extraordinary for your space. Give us a call today.

For this project, we designed and built the entire experience around the pool: a custom outdoor kitchen made for entertaining, a beautifully crafted paver deck, layered landscaping that softens every edge, and thoughtful details that turn the whole backyard into a true escape.

Because the space around the pool is what makes it feel like a retreat.

The right outdoor space can change everything. Even whether you stay in your home.

Susan was at a crossroads. Either she was going to have a pool at this house, or she was going to move. So we transformed her empty backyard into a full retreat: a beautifully designed pool with travertine coping, a serene water feature, layered plantings framing the space, stone curbing, and engineered drainage beneath it all.

Now it's where family gathers.
