Count the pendants. Now count the recessed lights.

Nothing here landed by accident. Every fixture was laid out against the island, the walkways, and the sightline to the living room before a single hole was cut in the ceiling.

Sloppy lighting plans are why a lot of gorgeous kitchens feel off and nobody can say why.

Beautiful is the easy part. On schedule is the hard part.

Look past the island and you'll see an arched opening tucked beside the range, framing a built-in wall oven. Details like that take planning long before anyone picks up a hammer.

Room for a grand piano, and room to spare.

A project with this many moving parts needs more than "I'll call you back." Our clients log into their own portal to see daily job logs, schedule updates, and progress photos. You always know exactly where things stand.

Every great kitchen needs one spot that's just for fun.

Marble wraps the counter, climbs the back wall, and runs right up behind the floating shelves. A picture light up top finishes it off.

This is where the owners' personality shows up. Our job was giving it a stage.

Quick test: find the refrigerator.

It's hiding behind custom panels with long brass pulls, blending right into the cabinetry. Pair that with a charcoal island big enough for homework, happy hour, and the person who "helps" cook by sitting there.

Most people spend more time at the sink than anywhere else in the kitchen. So we made it the best view in the house.

Marble runs up to the window, a farmhouse sink sits front and center, and yes, the outlet covers are brass to match the hardware. We notice things like that. Now you will too.

The kitchen gets all the attention. This room gets the view.

A full wall of glass, a marble fireplace surround, and nothing standing between you and the backyard.

🎉 Proud to share that our whole-home renovation at 3636 Cayman Lane in Lexington was featured in TOPS in Lexington’s BIA Remarkable Remodels! 🏡
We transformed a water-damaged addition into a bright, open-concept home with a stunning new kitchen — Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, and Calacatta Viola countertops throughout.
None of this happens without the right team. Huge thanks to our trade partners who brought this vision to life:
🔨 Kitchen Concepts - Cabinetry
🪨 Artistic Granite & Marble - Counter Tops
🔌 Pieratts – Appliances
🚪 84 Lumber - Windows and Doors

Grateful for partners who show up with quality work every time!

The kitchen they always dreamed of.
White shaker cabinetry to the ceiling. Honed marble countertops. A Wolf cooktop, double wall ovens, and a sprawling island made for gathering - all tied together with ch*****ne bronze hardware and globe pendants.
This is what happens when every detail is intentional.
