Like normal I forgot to get before pictures before we did anything. The first 6 pictures are after we started pressure washing, sanding, and scraping. The other 5 are after we worked our magic on this 40 year old deck bringing it back to life with some minor repairs, and some fresh stain, sealer and paint!

🧰 🛠️ 💥Take a look at this remodel we are wrapping up for a client! This client had some water damage to the bed room ceiling but also just wanted a change and went with remodeling the whole bed room and the closet area, so that is what we did, we patched up the hole, blended it with the exsisting orange peel finish, put some fresh paint on the ceiling and bedroom walls, we eliminated 2 receptacle, we went bigger and installed a new 52 inch ceiling fan, we tore out the old carpet and padding and install this beautiful vinyl flooring. We refinished the bedroom and closet doors, the window seals and baseboards in the bedroom.

We put some fresh paint in the closet, we tore out some old wire shelving and an old cabinet and installed a new cabinet/shelf, we installed a 6 foot closet rod, and we installed adjustable wire shelving thats alittle more functional for our clients needs, we also installed the vinyl flooring in the closet. Few small details to finish up and it’s on to the next!

Take a peak at our current project going on, it required us to fix some water damage the client didn’t even know about. He wanted a new entry way door and storm door. Once we tore out the exsisting door we found some rotted and deteriorated wood. We scabbed a piece of a 2x8 level with the existing floor joist so we had additional support and something to fasten the new floor board to. We installed a new entry way door and storm door. We got everything water tight so the client wouldn’t run into this issue again! We have to put some new trim up on the interior of the house and we’ll be on to the next project! One of the current project we got going on for a client, they had some water damage in a rental, the existing ceiling had a little bit of a belly from sagging and they also wanted rid of the textured look. So we went with a whole new ceiling. First day went smooth, we got everything plum, got the drywall hung and the first coat of mud and tape on..

Had the pleasure of bringing some life back into this living room for a client while keeping it on a budget, we were in and out in less than 18 hours.. we went with a textured roller to keep the cost on prep work low and hide some minor imperfections, installed some accent stripping to make the blue pop.
