Hi, I'm Haillie, owner and drafter at CMB! I've never properly introduced myself on here, so welcome.

Here are a few facts:
1. CMB Residential Architecture holds significant emotional meaning for me. CMB are my late father's initials: Christopher Michael Brown. This reminds me to work hard in honor of my dad and keep his name present in my everyday life. He passed the summer before my senior year of high school, 2019. We had just begun discussing adulting topics like financials and work, he was very encouraging about pursuing something I'd love.

2. My husband, Wyatt, and I built our home in 2022. I was fascinated with creating floor plans before meeting with our drafter. I soon realized there weren't many people around the area who created residential blueprints. After some research I discovered State Tech had a drafting program! I graduated from State Technical College of Missouri in 2024 with my Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology.

3. My biggest goal was to find a career that allowed me to work from home with my kids, providing a flexible schedule to "do it all." With lots of prayers and support from friends and family I started CMB...and God has continued to bless me each day! This company has seen so much growth within its 2 short years and the future is bright, thanks to you all!

Stay tuned for some fun, exciting things coming to your feed! And again, welcome to CMB!

Hey everyone, happy Friday! We’ve been busy at work the past two years; what a blessing that is to say! Our growth has over doubled since our first year!

I wanted to share my appreciation to those who have been a part of this journey, it’s been such a pleasure creating custom homes that best fit each individual’s wishes. Our goal is to start sharing our work, and if you see your home, feel free to show off your hard work! I would love to see the details and designs you’ve decided!

So here’s to our first home that got everything started! We began this project briefly before I even graduated…that’s TRUST! They gave me a shot at doing something I truly enjoy, and we drafted their beautiful home! 🏠
